Nikki Gianni

Nikki Gianni spent 22 years as a federal Contracting Officer, Head of Contracting Activity, and senior acquisition leader across the Department of Defense - where she oversaw the award of more than $20 billion in federal contracts. She led teams of over 1,000 personnel across 8 locations and was responsible for hiring and training more than 2,500.

Today, as a U.S. military veteran and the founder of Gianni Consulting Group, she sits on the other side of the table - bringing buy-side insight to established commercial firms building their federal channel. Her firm holds SDVOSB and EDWOSB certifications, giving clients an additional teaming and set-aside strategy lever.
