Chief of the Contracting Office (COCO), Procurement Analyst, & Policy Chief
Chief of Resource Management for a 600+ Contracting Directorate
Oversaw the award and/or management of more than $20 billion in federal contracts in construction, major weapon systems, IT services, professional services, engineering, facilities management, depot maintenance
Knows the "dance" between the government and the contractor, along with how they evaluate, how to navigate the system, & important decision points
Led source-selection panels, read a countless number of proposals, analyzed cost volumes, evaluated past-performance references, and made best-value tradeoff decisions on contracts worth hundreds of millions of dollars
Knows exactly what evaluators look for, because she was one for 2 decades
