Nikki has been amazing to work with! When I first met her, the to do list for my small business was daunting, I was struggling to get organized, and I felt like I was in over my head. My business was making just enough money for me to get by but I wasn’t really thriving. After just a few meetings everything started changing for the better! Her software and her coaching skills really helped me get more organized, learn more about my business and how to make adjustments that lead to immediate increase in monthly profit. My partner and I received education, tools, accountability, strategies, and support that made a big difference in my weekly and monthly workflow. Overall my productivity and profits are up, and I feel reinvigorated towards my business and less burnt out.

Working with Nikki has been a game-changer for my business. She helped me get clear on where I was holding myself back and gave me the strategy and structure I needed to move forward finally. I’ve accelerated my profit and growth in a way that feels aligned—not just busy work or hustle. Nikki doesn’t just coach from theory—she knows what it takes to build something real and sustainable, and she brings a calm, grounded presence that makes the whole process feel doable. I highly recommend her if you’re ready to stop playing small and start running your business with intention.

Since working with Coach Nikki for less than a year so far, I am happy to say that she has breathed new life and fire and direction into my struggling translation business, since things really slowed down for me during Covid! Nikki is fierce and always fighting for your success, but always kind, flexible and extremely generous with her time and wealth of business expertise and resources! I have greatly expanded my business knowledge with her very practical business profitability classes. I am excited to continue to partner with a seasoned coach who always goes out of her way to give you her best and challenge you to stretch towards personal and business excellence.

I had an amazing experience consulting with Nikki and, as a small business owner, the guidance she provided me was invaluable. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the government contracting space -- at the federal, state and local level -- and helped me decipher the registration and bidding process to get me rolling with public sector opportunities. I highly recommend her as a consultant and resource! Thank you Nikki!
How can I even describe the difference I have experienced between when I started working with Nikki and now? She's amazing at keeping me on point, aligning me with my business goals and helping me become adaptable. I've never WANTED to work on my business this much. She's truly a delight and always willing to do adjust to and describe things that help me.

I recently had a consultation with Nikki Gianni, and even in that short time, she made a strong impression. Nikki offered thoughtful, actionable advice and shared a variety of options for scaling my business that I hadn’t considered before. She’s a great listener and made me feel genuinely heard and supported. What stood out most is how much she clearly cares about helping businesses succeed. I left the conversation feeling encouraged, informed, and confident that she’d be a valuable partner moving forward. I’m looking forward to the opportunity to work with her in the future.
