Nikki Gianni spent 22 years as a federal Contracting Officer, Head of Contracting Activity, and senior acquisition leader across the Department of Defense where she oversaw the award of more than $20 billion in federal contracts. She led of over 1,000 personnel across 9 locations and was responsible for hiring and training more than 2,500 military and civilian personnel.

Today, as a U.S. military veteran and the founder of Gianni Consulting Group, she sits on the other side of the table...bringing buy-side insight to established commercial firms building their federal channel.
